This repository contains scripts to quantify DSB foci using CellProfiler

A script is provided to process the data using R (Studio)


### CellProfiler
Provided pipelines can be imported in CellProfiler (https://cellprofiler.org/releases). The pipelines were used in CellProfiler 4.0.4 on Windows.

### R
The script in R organizes the data and provides plots of the data.
