code and data for photoreceptor cell typing and connectivity analysis [eLife 2021;10:e71858](https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.71858)

all code were written and tested in R and Rstudio. 
- See "startup.R" for more details such as required libraries and the organization of the repository. 
- "layer_\*.R" are code used for define neuropil layers.
- "plot_\*.R" are exemplary code for generating most of the figures in the manuscript.
- csv files contain various connectivity data.
- neu_swc.zip contains all the neurons in swc format.
