1. CHECKING YOUR FRED INSTALLATION

If you have not yet instaled FRED, please refer to the Installation
Guide.  If you have installed FRED, check the installation by running
the built-in regression test:

% rt
base regression test passed.

If you get an error message, please contact a member of the FRED team.
