# Admixture events during the European Holocene using DATES

This repository contains scripts and data for reproducing the figures of our paper "The spatiotemporal patterns of major human admixture events during the European Holocene".

#### Dependencies 
Figure2.R and Figure3.R make figures with maps, which will need these R libraries to be installed- rnaturalearth, rnaturalearthdata and rgeos.
