# ChandelierL23
This repo contains code and analysis files for [Structure and Function of Axo-axonic Inhibition](https://elifesciences.org/articles/73783#annotations) (Schneider-Mizell et al. eLife 2021).
This repo is split into anatomical work in the directory `anatomical_analysis` and biophysical mdoeling in the directory `biophysical_modeling`.
