Description: This package provides many approaches for both reading and creating XML (and HTML)
      documents (including DTDs), both local and accessible via HTTP or FTP.  It also offers
      access to an XPath "interpreter".
Note: The versions numbers 1.0 and 2.0 do not have any special significance, but are merely
    the result of incrementing the minor count by 1 for each release.  
    Specifically, there is no change in the interface.
