This folder contain the annotation for Mammal320K platform which is the updated version of original Mammal40K platform. 
The new 320k platform contains most of the original mammalian plus 290k mouse specific probes. We recommend to use this platform for mouse and rat samples. The file is in RDS format and can be opened by readRDS() function in R. 

Please use the following variable to map mammal40k based clocks to the 320k array
