Known Telescope Data

pyuvdata uses `Astropy sites <https://docs.astropy.org/en/stable/api/astropy.coordinates.EarthLocation.html#astropy.coordinates.EarthLocation.get_site_names>`_
for telescope location information, in addition to the following telescope information
that is tracked within pyuvdata:
