Usage:
  db get_config
  db use_local_file [<filename>]
  db use_aws_instance [<instance_id>]

  db aws_list_regions
  db aws_get_region
  db aws_set_region [<region_name>]
  db aws_list_instances
  db aws_create_instance [<instance_id> <size> <username> <password> <dbname>]
  db aws_delete_instance [<instance_id>]

  db help

Note: the 'aws_' sub commands are used to interact with the Amazon Web Services 
Relational Database Server (RDS) cloud service


'db' is used with the following subcommands:
  
  get_config            Displays the current setting of the DB (database_url)
  use_local_file        Switches the current DB to a local SQLite file 
                        (default is 'participants.db')
  use_aws_instance      Switch current database to given instance on AWS RDS

  aws_list_regions      Lists available AWS regions
  aws_get_region        Displays the current AWS regions you are communicating 
                        with
  aws_set_region        Sets the AWS region you are currently using
  aws_list_instances    Lists instances and statuses on this region/AWS account
  aws_create_instance   Creates an RDS instance using MySQL on the AWS Cloud
  aws_delete_instance   Delete an RDS instance
  help                  Display this screen.
