This directory contains our extensions to the MayaVi2 visualization
program.
The list of pre-requisites is:
* MayaVi2: http://www.scipy.org/Cookbook/MayaVi/Installation
* PyTables: http://www.pytables.org/docs/manual/
* PyVTK: http://cens.ioc.ee/projects/pyvtk/
To install these extensions, use the following instructions:
* Place the $PWD/citcoms_plugins/ directory in your PYTHONPATH
* Create the directory $HOME/.mayavi2
* Copy $PWD/mayavi_custom_ui.py to your newly created $HOME/.mayavi2
