Motivation

We want Pupil to proliferate! We want you to use Pupil to empower and inspire whatever you do. Be it academic research, teaching, art or personally motivated projects.

The software is open and the hardware is very accessible and modifiable because we think that you should be more of a member of the Pupil community than a customer of the Pupil product. We encourage the modification of software and hardware in accordance to the open source license.

Software

All source code written by us is open source according to CC BY-NC-SA license < http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/legalcode >. We want you to change and improve the code. All software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty. Just make sure to credit us, and we hope that you will share your work with the Pupil community.
