MacSyView is an HTML5 interface to facilitate the analysis of results of the MacSyFinder tool. It shows overviews of their component contents and genomic context.

# Quick start
To use MacSyView, once you have cloned the git repository, just open the `app/index.html` with your favorite browser:
```
firefox app/index.html
```
You can then click the "Browse" button to open a MacSyFinder JSON results file.
