TIAM

TIAM: the Tool for Integrative Analysis of Motility

This tool performs detection and tracking of cells from multi-channel time
lapse microscopy video, extracts morphological and behavioral features, and
analyzes extracted data.

A previous version of this tool went by the name "TC-MAT: the T Cell Motility
Analysis Tool". Based on the general applicability of the tool and its success
in detecting different types of cells, the name was changed to TIAM.

The code for TIAM is contained in src/.
