Calculation of residuals is now ONLY performed outside of arSimuCalc.c, i.e. by using arCalcRes.m . This commit is closely related to the last commit where the new functionality has been pushed without changing the c-code. This commit completes the task discussed in Oberstdorf (i.e. that residuals, fiterrors, ... should be calculated and examined in Matlab)
