# FiberPhotometryCode
These MatLab scripts were used to analyze Fiber Photometry Data for Kim et al. (2022)
"data_normalization_script" is used to read in FP raw data and perform the first round of analysis.
"assemble_data_structure_script" is used to combine different individual FP data recordings into a single framework.
"next_analysis_and_build_lovely_plots" is used to combine several individual FP recordings into a single visualization for data visualization.
"area_under_curve_and_maxF_script" is used to analyze data across multiple trials to report the area under the curve and maxF.
