# edentulous_frogs
This repository contains scripts and associated data files for our peer-reviewed paper on the evolution of tooth loss in frogs. If you have any comments or questions, please email me at dpaluh(at)ufl.edu

BayesTraits.zip, R.zip, and RevBayes.zip contains scripts, data files, and output for all analyses and plots.
