Merge branch 'jk/pack-bitmap'
 
A last minute (and hopefully the last) fix to avoid coredumps due
to an incorrect pointer arithmetic.

* jk/pack-bitmap:
  ewah_bitmap.c: do not assume size_t and eword_t are the same size
