small change in the configure script make Makefile_3.11 ./configure aware

INSTALL
To install this program, just type
./configure; make; make install
To uninstall, type
make uninstall
To compile from git, do this first :
aclocal -I m4
autoconf
autoheader
./configure
make
-------------------------------------
Users of OCaml version 3.11 will not
be able to use the standard makefile
due to changes in ocamlbuild.
Use make -f Makefile_3.11 instead.
