Tests/python: set `--connections` in tests instead of launcher
 
Before this commit, sandbox.add_node launches node
with option `--connections 3` by default.

This commit sets the `--connections` option in the tests themselves,
rather than in the sandbox launcher.

The rationale is to:
- make explicit in the tests what parameters they use to launch the
  nodes
- don't rely on hard-coded, arbitrary, node option in
  `Sandbox.add_node` method.
