Pull perf fixes from Ingo Molnar:
 "This tree contains various perf fixes on the kernel side, plus three
  hw/event-enablement late additions:

   - Intel Memory Bandwidth Monitoring events and handling
   - the AMD Accumulated Power Mechanism reporting facility
   - more IOMMU events

  ... and a final round of perf tooling updates/fixes"
