The presentation of the article is starting to converge. This commit does several small steps in this tidying in terms of the presentation of the results that are the most relevant. The speedup default parameters are set mostly left unset, apart from the `delta_log10_*` parameters which are kept at low resolution for speed. With these two parameters set at 0.5 and 6 cpus a full calculation took about 10 minutes to run on an ordinary few-years-old desktop computer.
