lost_souls() cannot be shared by both versions. The parallel communications of
 
both versions are too different. So, the original lost_souls() is renamed to
full_lost_souls(). A new regional_lost_souls() is implemented. This code has 
been tested in 3x3x3 processors, running over 100 timesteps. The number of 
total tracers is conserved.
