Pull more MM updates from Andrew Morton:

 - fix a race which causes page refcounting errors in ZONE_DEVICE pages
   (Alistair Popple)

 - fix userfaultfd test harness instability (Peter Xu)

 - various other patches in MM, mainly fixes
