This is in accordance with the parser definition.

As a consequence, when mixing [-]/[+] with (-)/(+), the pp now prints explicit
parentheses in all cases. Given the unusual precedences unary operators
have, we should stick to this until we fix them.

In pp: priority of uniry arith ops. have a priority equal to their binary counter-parts.
