# KillifishAutomaticFeederPaper
Code for McKay, Costa, & Chen et al (2022) 

This code repository includes data for generating all of the figures in the publication McKay, Costa & Chen et al (2022). 
Each sub-directory is named to indicate which figure the code refers to. The sub-directories for each Main Figure and the associated 
Supplemental Figures are consolidated into the same directories (i.e. Fig2-SuppFig2).


Please keep in mind some scripts rely upon intermediate outputs from other scripts, typically csv files. 
Some of these files were too big to upload here, but are included in the Source Data for this manuscript.
This will be indicated in the README file associated with that figure.
