Until now, we could create a tarball of the project using the ./project make dist command. However, the tarball was unnecessarily large because it included many FITS files located in the tex/build/figures directory. With this commit, Mohammad kindly updated initialize.mk to resolve this issue by excluding heavy files from the distribution. After that update, I encountered two issues related to missing LaTeX style files (cuted.sty and lineo.sty) when building the PDF from the tarball. To fix this, I added the missing style files to the journal directory and updated the Initialize Makefile accordingly. Additionally, I included placeholders in the paper for the Software Heritage and Zenodo links. These references will be finalized after the paper is published.
