Pull iommu fixes from Joerg Roedel:
 "A couple of fixes from the IOMMU side:

   - some small fixes for the new ARM-SMMU driver
   - a register offset correction for VT-d
   - add MAINTAINERS entry for drivers/iommu

  Overall no really big or intrusive changes"
