Pull gcc-plugins fixes from Kees Cook:
 "Small fixes for gcc-plugins when using certain gcc versions:

   - update gcc-common.h for gcc 7 (Emese Revfy)

   - fix latent_entropy type for early gcc on ARM (PaX Team)"
