* [WebGPU] Update to latest native headers * Remove #ifdef for `requiredFeature[s]Count` * Pass nullptr to wgpuCreateInstance * Emscripten currently requires this * Dawn accepts it too * Use nullptr for another wgpuCreateInstance call
