* Major change: This package as well as gRain and gRim no longer makes
  use of the bioconductor packages graph, RBGL and Rgraphviz whence
  installation of gRbase has become simpler. Graphs are handled with
  the igraph package and there are also some graph algorithms
  implemented in gRbase.  This implies that functions like dag() and
  ug() returns "igraph" objects by default
