## Lee & Wing 2021  

### Absolute quantitation of individual SARS-CoV-2 RNA molecules: a new paradigm for infection dynamics and variant differences  

This repository contains source codes for reproducing figures presented in the Lee & Wing SARS-CoV-2 smFISH manuscript [eLife link](https://elifesciences.org/articles/74153).
