Test tweak for FreeBSD where /usr/bin/unzip is unsuitable to run
our tests but /usr/local/bin/unzip is usable.

* js/unzip-in-usr-bin-workaround:
  test-lib: on FreeBSD, look for unzip(1) in /usr/local/bin/
