replace sometimes-undefined uint type with unsigned int
 
Summary:
`uint` is nonstandard and not a built-in type on all compilers; replace it
with the always-valid `unsigned int`. I assume this went unnoticed because
it's inside an `#ifdef ROCKDB_JEMALLOC`.
