This enables iac land data to be passed through the coupler to the land model. The grid mapping still isn't correct, so the land model fails due to pft percentages not totalling 100%, need to compare and clean up the code before committing for merge. This needs the giac branch aldivi/shippert/merge to work. *********1*********2*********3*********4*********5*********6*********7** Longer commit message body describing the commit.
