Since FeatureList.t now calls processed_bed_file with two different sets of parameters, we need to make sure that the processed bed file gets recalculated if the parameters are different. To do this, we calculate a processed_bed_file_name based on the parameters and cache each processed_bed_file in a hash with the name as a key
