This change introduces two new metrics: * hubble_http_handler_requests_total - counter for requests made to the endpoint, grouped by HTTP status code * hubble_http_handler_request_duration_seconds - histogram of latencies for requests made to the endpoint, grouped by HTTP status code This provides option to measure availability of Hubble metrics endpoint on Hubble side. Although similar functionality might be achieved through using metrics of collectors scraping this endpoint, unavailability measured with that approach includes unavailability of the collector itself, which might not be desired in some cases.
