Summary: This PR updates `MemTable::Add()`, `MemTable::Update()`, and `MemTable::UpdateCallback()` to return `Status` objects, and adapts the client code in `MemTableInserter`. The goal is to prepare these functions for key-value checksum, where we want to verify key-value integrity while adding to memtable. After this PR, the memtable mutation functions can report a failed integrity check by returning `Status::Corruption`.
