Here are the imaging parameters used to acquire 3D multi-contrast MRI data used in our experiments. The 3D T2 and MT data were acquired using the Bruker RARE sequence (T2_method, MTON_method, MTOFF_method). Please see detailed imaging parameters in the method files. The 3D diffusion MRI data were acquired using a custom-developed gradient and spin echo (GRASE) sequence. The sequence source files can be found in the GRASE.zip file and compiled on Bruker Paravision 6. The two methods files (dwi_b2000_method and dwi_5000_method) contain the imaging parameters used. For details on the GRASE sequence, please see our paper (doi: 10.1002/mrm.22426).
