Revision f43e04ec46b67071d432fc3f368dc9891a3443e5 authored by Arnd Bergmann on 13 August 2012, 14:36:10 UTC, committed by Linus Torvalds on 14 August 2012, 04:50:36 UTC
Commit 7212157267 ("GPIO: gpio-pxa: fix devicetree functions") added an "xlate" function pointer to the irq_domain_ops, but this function is nor declared or defined anywhere when CONFIG_OF is disabled, causing the build error: drivers/gpio/gpio-pxa.c:532:11: error: 'irq_domain_xlate_twocell' undeclared here (not in a function) Extending the DT-only code section to cover the irq_domain_ops and the pxa_gpio_dt_ids solves this problem and makes it clearer which code is actually used without DT. bool
default y
---help---
The no-op I/O scheduler is a minimal scheduler that does basic merging
and sorting. Its main uses include non-disk based block devices like
memory devices, and specialised software or hardware environments
that do their own scheduling and require only minimal assistance from
the kernel.
config IOSCHED_DEADLINE
tristate "Deadline I/O scheduler"
default y
---help---
The deadline I/O scheduler is simple and compact. It will provide
CSCAN service with FIFO expiration of requests, switching to
a new point in the service tree and doing a batch of IO from there
in case of expiry.
config IOSCHED_CFQ
tristate "CFQ I/O scheduler"
default y
---help---
The CFQ I/O scheduler tries to distribute bandwidth equally
among all processes in the system. It should provide a fair
and low latency working environment, suitable for both desktop
and server systems.
This is the default I/O scheduler.
