Revision fea20995976f4b2e8968f852a18e280487d42f0d authored by Paul Kocialkowski on 10 July 2017, 19:33:05 UTC, committed by Thierry Reding on 27 July 2017, 14:57:34 UTC
When there is no device to attach to the IOMMU domain, as may be the case when the device-tree does not contain the proper iommu node, it is best to keep going without IOMMU support rather than failing. This allows the driver to probe and function instead of taking down all of the tegra drm driver, leading to missing display support. # objdiff - a small script for validating that a commit or series of commits
# didn't change object code.

# $ ./scripts/objdiff record path/to/*.o
#
# $ git checkout COMMIT_B
# $ <your fancy build command here>
# $ ./scripts/objdiff record path/to/*.o
