* recognize properly timestamped versions as SNAPSHOT * make timestamped versions lower than SNAPSHOT * store SNAPSHOT extension with a timestamp so that they can be upgraded to latest SNAPSHOT * Fix DefaultVersion not being thread-safe * introduce an API to access the version as expressed in the source
