Add a method to WorkingTreeIterator that can produce a byte array id for a submodule entry by resolving the HEAD commit from the repository at the entry's '.git' directory. Change-Id: I68d6e127f018b24ee865865a2dd3011a0e21453c Signed-off-by: Kevin Sawicki <kevin@github.com>
