* Fixed a problem in initBBox(). It used to returned a tight boundingbox. So, when excludeTop or excludeBottom is set, the outer and inner radii are not the correct outer and inner radii of the mesh. This can cause confusion and problem in other part of program.
 
* Added a new attribute, bnode. It is the index mapping from CitcomS' node # to Boundary's node #.
