Make ::kibana class to accept a 'settings' hash which is then used to generate the kibana.yaml configuration file. Kept logging.quiet to default to true by using Puppet stdlib merge() https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/settings.html Change-Id: I4083e7315e26b71efb3c95fa5c5cab5a47e30777
