Added tunings to better-capture extant storms and avoid generating too much output

README_UBUNTU
The UBUNTU Linux distribution needs following components
to be installed.
- gfortran - a FORTRAN 90 compiler
- Xlib - a graphical library
Make sure, that the computer is connected to the internet.
Open a terminal window and type:
sudo apt-get install gfortran
sudo apt-get install libx11-dev
For parallel execution you should further type:
sudo apt-get install libopenmpi-dev
sudo apt-get install openmpi-bin
Then proceed as listed in the file README
