NEWS
Version 1.5
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New functions:
* "sju.groupString" to recode similar (close distance) elements of a character vector into a new, single string value.
* "sju.strpos" to find partial matching and close distance elements in strings.
* "sju.mean.n" to compute means for rows with at least n valid values (like SPSS MEAN.n function).

Changes to functions:
* "sjt.frq" can now handle character vectors (string variables), see parameter "removeStringVectors".
* "sjt.frq" can automatically group string values in character vectors according to their distance metrics (similarity). This will merge different but similar values into a new, single value.
* Prefixes of statistical test functions have been renamed from "sju" to "sjs".
* Added "themr" option to "theme" parameter of all sjp-plotting function, so the sjPlot package can be used with the ggthemr-package (https://github.com/cttobin/ggthemr). You may use the "ggthemr::swatch" function to retrieve theme-colors as bar/point/line-colors.
* Added parameter "axisLimits.y" to function "sjp.emm.int"
* Added parameter "axisLimits.y" to function "sjp.lm.int"
* "sjp.lm" now shows adjusted r-square in model summary.
* "sjc.cluster", "sjc.qclus" and "sjc.dend" now also accept agglomeration options "ward.D" and "ward.D2" if you are using an R version later than 3.0.3.
* "sjt.itemanalysis" now calulates index scores based on "sju.mean.n" function (see parameter "minValidRowMeanValue").

General:
* Removed extracted single functions from other packages and added imports for those functions. sjPlot now also imports "psych" and "cluster" package.
* Removed packages cluster, coin, lsmeans and lmtest from required imports and moved them to suggested packages.

Bug fixes
* Parameter "theme" was ignored in "sjp.scatter" - fixed.

Version 1.4.3
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New functions:
* "sjp.emm.int" to plot estimated marginal means (least-squares means) of linear models with interaction terms.

Changes to functions:
* Added parameter "showRowNames" to "sjt.df", so first table column with row names can be omitted from output, when "describe" is set to "FALSE".

Version 1.4.2
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Changes to functions:
* The correlation matrix of each component's index score in "sjt.itemanalysis" (see parameter "showCompCorrMat") now only displays the lower triangle.

Bug fixes:
* Fixed bug in function "sji.setValueLabels", which did not set value labels for atomic variables.

Version 1.4.1
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
New functions:
* "sjt.mic" to compute mean inter-item-correlation.

Changes to functions:
* All "sjt"-functions have enhanced options for the "CSS" parameter. With the plus-sign (+) you can add additional style sheets to the default styles. See examples in help files and on http://rpubs.com/sjPlot
* "sjt.itemanalysis" now also computes the mean inter-item-correlation for each scale.
* "sjt.itemanalysis" now also computes the component-correlation-matrix (see parameter "showCompCorrMat"), including the Cronbach's alpha for each component to compare internal component consistency with inter-component-correlation.
* "sjt.itemanalysis" now also includes kurtosis statistics and Shapiro-Wilk-Normality-Test.

* Added parameter "expand.grid" to "sjp.frq", "sjp.grpfrq", "sjp.stackfrq", "sjp.xtab" and "sjp.aov1", so plotting region can have margins to axes (ggplot-default-behaviour).
* Added parameter "stringDiagonal" to "sjt.corr" to print custom values into the diagnoal "self-correlation" cells (which are by default empty).
* Added parameter "barOutlineSize" to functions "sjp.grpfrq", "sjc.qclus" and "sjp.xtab".

* "sji.setValueLabels" to attach value labels to a variable or vector.
* "sji.setVariableLabels" to attach variable labels to a variable / vector or to variables of a data frame.
* "sju.table.values", which is a convenient function to calculate cell, row and column percentages as well as expected values of a table.

For some functions, this will work only when paramater "title" resp. "axisTitle" (or similar, depending on the function) is set to "auto" (refer to documentation). Generally, this only works when varibales have a "variable.label" attribute (which can be set via the new "setVariableLabels" function).
* Functions "sjt.xtab" and "sjt.stackfrq" can now show missing values (parameter "showNA").
* Functions "sjt.xtab", "sjp.xtab" and "sjp.grpfrq" now computes Fisher's exact test instead of Chi-squared test when expected values in a table cell are lower than 5 (or lower than 10 if df is 1).
* Function "sju.reliability" now returns NULL if data frame has too less columns.
* Function "sjt.df" now also includes amount and proportion of missings when describing a data frame.

Return value changes:
* Changed return value of function "sjc.qclus". Parameter "classification" now contains the group classification, including missing values, so this vector can be appended to the original data frame (because it has the same row length now).
* Changed return value of function "sjc.cluster". The group classification now includes missing values, so this vector can be appended to the original data frame (because it has the same row length now).

* Added several "digits." parameters to functions "sjt.lm" and "sjt.glm" to specifiy the amount of decimals for different values (estimators, ci, p etc.).
* Added parameter "digits" to function "sjp.pca", so amount of decimals for values can be defined.
* Added parameter "groups" to function "sjc.qclus", which can be used to plot existing cluster solutions without computing a new cluster analysis on the data frame.
* Added parameter "showN" to function "sjt.stackfrq" for showing count values in table cells.
* Added parameter "exp.coef" to function "sjt.glm" to display non-exponentiated coefficients.

* Added parameter "printPlot" to function "sjc.grpdisc", to suppress plotting the graph, if needed.
* Added parameter "newLineConf" to functions "sjt.lm" and "sjt.glm", which can be used to add a line break between OR-/B- and CI-values, if OR-/B- and CI-values are printed in the same column.
* Added parameter "cellSpacing" to functions "sjt.lm" and "sjt.glm", which is a convenient parameter for changing cell spacing, alternatively to using the "CSS" parameter.

Bug fixes:
* Fixed bug in "sju.reliability" when data frame had too less columns, and row names of return value could not be set.
* Fixed bug in "sjt.lm" and "sjt.glm" (p-values shown as numbers were not center aligned by default).

* Added parameter "no.output" to all "sjt." functions and to function "sji.viewSPSS", so opening a browser window or showing the output in a viewer pane can be avoided. Useful when the html-output should be used for knitr-documents.
* Added parameter "breakVariableLabelsAt" and "breakValueLabelsAt" to functions "sjt.xtab", which inserts line breaks at long labels.
* Added parameter "showFamily" to function "sjt.glm" to compare fitted glm with different link functions.

* Minor bug fixes.

Various:
* All "sjp." functions now (invisibly) return the ggplot-object as well as the underlying data frame by default. The "returnPlot" parameter was removed. In case you don't want to plot the graph, use the new "printPlot" parameter.

* Added parameters "alternateRowColors" and "stringValue" to function "sjt.frq".
* Default value of "autoGroupAt" parameter in functions "sjp.grpfrq" and "sjp.frq" was set to NULL (auto-grouping turned off) because auto grouping leads to unexpected behaviour with violin plots, box plots and histograms (wrong scale range).

Bug fixes:
* Fixed bug in function "sjc.grpdisc" (missing values in data frame have not been removed).
