This repository mirrors data and R scripts to generate figure 2
(spindle results), 3 (SO and coupling results) and 8 (ERP
results). The resulting figures are also in the `pdf` folder.  Note
that topo plot group differences will show minor differences from the
published versions: they are 0.01 p-value thresholded and not adjusted
for multiple comparisons.  This is noted in the script headers.
