- Migrated E->tracer.UV to E->gnomonic. The reference point is the 1st node of 
  the local mesh. The 0th element of E->gnomonic stores the sine of cosine of
  reference theta.
- Convertd shape_coefs array from size of nel to size of snel to save memory.
