* move matplotlib import inside ImageToTensorBoard class so that it is not a hard dependency for GPflow (`import gpflow` does not require matplotlib, only instantiating `ImageToTensorBoard` does) * split up monitor into base.py and tensorboard.py * add matplotlib to extras_require
