This commit adds two new properties, `name` and `type`, to deployment info data. This will make it easier to differentiate between deployment targets (e.g. primary vs secondary) and will provide more informative log messages. In a subsequent commit, this new data can be used to validate the computed deployments list. PR Close #43963
